Reverend Rebecca Sample began her ministry at Three Harbours in the summer of 2010.

A Nova Scotian, she grew up in Bridgewater, and spent much of her childhood along the South Shore. She took her undergraduate degree at Bishops University, in Sherbrooke Quebec, where she completed her Bachelor of Arts, with honours in Religion, and double minors in English, and Classical Languages. Following this, she moved to London, Ontario, where she completed her seminary training and graduate studies, Master of Divinity, at Huron University College.

She comes to Antigonish with her husband, Michael, two dogs- Nanuk and Rose, and cat, Charlie.

Her passions include social justice issues, moral theology and ethics, and activities involving community ministries. In her spare time, she enjoys English horseback riding, pottery, hiking, canoeing, and traveling.
